Letter of comfort 

An undertaking to exercise control and supervision over the debtor to enable him to perform his debt to the creditor correctly.

Use this letter: 

  • To reassure the creditor vis-à-vis the debtor without guaranteeing payment of the debt, and to limit your liability to fault in the control and supervision.
  • Whether the debt is of any origin, in Swiss francs or foreign currency.
  • Whether the declaration relates to a definite debt, specific debts, or indefinite future debts, up to the overall ceiling.




This letter is governed by Swiss law and complies with commercial and financial law
