Since AdminTech online contracts are prepared by Swiss legal professionals, there is no need to have your document reviewed by a lawyer. You can simply download the created contract and use it immediately.

What does your legal quality guarantee mean?

Each contract includes a legal quality guarantee of up to CHF 25,000. This means you are indemnified against any damages, claims, or losses caused by errors in the online contracts we provide
(terms and conditions apply).

What are the Standard and Business contract packages?

AdminTech has two contract packages that supply you with additional features and allow you to pay less per document.

  • Standard contract package includes 3 documents available for creation (CHF 59 per document).
  • Business contract package includes 5 documents available for creation (CHF 49 per document).

Additionally, both packages provide a profile with centralised access to your contracts, the ability to save drafts, and a document editing option.

How do contract packages differ from single document purchases?

With a single document purchase, you only receive a ready-to-sign document. At the same time, contract packages allow you to save your documents as drafts to continue working on them later, edit the created documents, and keep all your contracts easily accessible from one place.

How much can I save by choosing a contract package?

When purchasing a single document, you’ll pay CHF 69 for each contract. With the packages, you get a lower price, saving between 10 and 20 francs per document, depending on the package you choose.

Is there a specific date by which I must use my contract package?

No, there is no specific date by which you should use your Standard or Business contract package.

What happens when I've used all the documents available in my contract package?

After using the documents in your contract package, you’ll retain access to all the contracts you’ve prepared in your profile. If you need to create more documents, you can purchase an additional contract package or a subscription.

Does AdminTech offer a subscription?

Yes, AdminTech offers an annual Professional subscription.

What does an AdminTech subscription include?

An AdminTech subscription includes:

  • ✅ A profile that provides convenient, centralised access to all contracts you’ve prepared;
  • ✅ The ability to save documents as drafts and continue working on them later;

What is the difference between contract packages and a subscription?

There are two important differences between contract packages and a subscription:

  • Contract packages contain a specific number of documents available for creation (either 3 or 5 documents), with no option to add extra documents to your plan. In contrast, a subscription allows you to create 10 contracts and add extra documents to your plan for CHF 39 per document.
  • Contract packages have an unlimited period of use, which means you can create contracts at any time. However, a subscription lasts for one year.
How can I add more documents to my subscription plan?

You can add more documents to your subscription plan by purchasing them for CHF 39 per document directly from your profile.

What is the duration of the subscription period?

A Professional subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual subscription period. We’ll send you an email 3 days before the renewal date.

What happens if I haven’t used all the documents by the end of the subscription period?

If you haven’t used all the documents by the end of the subscription period,

the unused documents will be automatically added to your renewed subscription plan.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all documents and features until the end of the annual subscription period. Once the subscription expires, you will be able to access your profile and saved documents for the next seven days. After this period, all created documents will no longer be accessible, even if you renew your subscription later.
