• To sell a machine, appliance, or tool of any kind, whether mechanical or electrical.
• That the machine must be collected, delivered, or assembled and put into operation, or even calibrated.
• If the machine is an integral part of a building installation or can be transported freely.
• When the machine is sold as such or with auxiliary tools, spare parts, or other necessary items.
• Whether the sale is domestic or international, to a private individual or company.

• Indication of approximate deadlines and tolerated delays for sale, delivery or assembly. 
• Imposition of additional restrictions on the purchaser with regard to use, operation or resale. 
• Invoicing of additional costs for transport, assembly, commissioning or other preliminary or additional work. 

• Obligation of partial or total payment in advance, and a penalty in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer. 

Safeguard your interests as a buyer by using the following clauses: 

• Requirement for technical inspection, calibration, assembly or commissioning in addition to sale. 
• Transport insurance and additional repair guarantee required. 
• Possibility of an instalment plan with or without advance payment. 
• Allocation of time to cancel the order before the scheduled date. 
• Capping of charges, taxes, and customs duties payable.
